‘How Can I Steal From A Rapper Who Can’t Rap In English?’- Cameroonian Rapper Shades Sarkodie
A Cameronian rapper who goes by the name King B Swag has shaded Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie for his inability to rap in English language.
Sarkodie’s pedigree on the African continent in terms of his craft is unquestionable but his refusal to spit bars in English except his native language has often been used as the basis by his detractors to discredit him.
It’s the same premise that this rapper from neighbouring Cameroon is projecting after he dissed Sarkodie for limiting himself indigenously.
The seeming fracas emerged after King B Swag was called out for ‘stealing’ his slang, ‘Rapperholic.
While responding, the Cameronian rapper said there’s no way he could have stolen something from an artiste who could barely make anything meaningful in English.
Rapperholic was Sarkodie’s second studio album in 2012. Over time, he extended the slang to stand for his annual concert which he organises for his fans, Sark Nation every December 25.
