Twitter C.E.O to relocate to Africa, says Africa will redefine the world in 2020

The c.e.o of twitter after visiting some Africa countries like Nigeria, Ghana and others has hinted on relocating to Africa for about 3 - 6 months, say Africa will redefine the world especially the bitcoin world.
