Indeed it a new day

New Day was the slogan of the then Team Setho which University for Development Studies Wa Campus students voted for to amend the wouds left behind by H.E Ali Jara former President, it seems that new day is yet to come or would not even come again as elections are approaching and soon transition of power.
Mr.president we are reminding you of  your duty as a student leader and to all SRC aspirants to know what it means to be a student leader.

As a student leader you represent the student body at the management level and it your duty as a leader to make sure that you convey the concern of students to management, as a student leader you should be able to back the entire student body  in registering their displeasure.

Mr. President we can attest to the fact that as it stands now entrance is not what students are agitating for. It can be recall during the latter part of last trimester, SRC issued a circular informing students to support them in organising  a Referendum which would see us sit down three weeks until management provide good marker boards, microphones, Public address system, repair broken fans and other teaching and learning materials.

It received  support from the student body though majority of the students did not partake  but we can attest to the fact that some did sign the petition online and a few did sign at the various vantage points according to the circular.

Mr. president this indicates clearly that a good learning condition is what students are agitating for, again from the entrance to the Auditorium roundabout to Hall 1 is completely dark, we are wondering whether the SRC led by the president has perform their primary responsibility of drawing management attention, the library road to Upper West Hall is also dark, security of the students is Paramount to building of an entrance.

Mr. President, level100s are agitating for their souvenirs we know you are working hard to get them their souvenirs but we suggest you double your steps.

Mr.President imagine a class of about one hundred and fifty (150) students with no P.A system with one lecturer shouting at the top of his voice to lecture these students, we  wonder the number of students who would hear the lecturer, especially those who could not make to the front row, we suggest that the P.A systems in the various lecture halls should be improve which is the responsibility of the school management, SRC can offer help if the need arises.

Mr. president, we know you are aware of some of these issues but this is just a reminder we are offering to you, it our hope that you would act swiftly to get this things done.
