Help make a better community for tomorrow is a project which is been taken by the Levi Mawuli foundation

This foundation aims at eliminating street children and prostitution in Ghana especially the northern part. The foundation has started engaging stake holders and also visiting these people and has by far collected shocking and unbelievable information which still exist despite the government efforts to make an education easy for the Ghanaian child and health care.

The C.E.O of the foundation took time off his busy schedule and pay a visit to a village in the northern of Ghana called SANG 30 minutes’ drive before you reach YENDI municipal. A dilapidated building which from has it roof off and parts of the building also off is been used as a public toilet.

Meanwhile, these people go to the polls to vote and elect a member of parliament to represent them, now the question is; is the member of parliament of this constituency aware of the situation and the assembly member together with the assembly.

 Just at the entrance of this dilapidated building is a huge refuse dump which from the look of things has been there for than a year. Meanwhile Ghana joins other countries in celebration of World toilets day, it is sad with the introduction of sanitation offices who goes round houses but cannot file a report to get this building renovated.

The levis Mawuli foundation is therefore calling on philanthropist and any person to come on board as the foundation seek to make the child of today happy and a happy nation at enlarge, any amount is not too small.

The levis Mawuli foundation also came across a group of school children who were between the ages of 3yers to 5 years and had just closed from school, the team stopped by and had a chart with them. The children said they were tired after walking a long way from the school to the house, the journey from the house to the school is about 30km.

One of the student told the C.E.O Mr. levis that he most of the time goes to school with an empty stomach in the morning till afternoon, teachers of the school are appealing to government to extend the school feeding program as teaching and learning is not effective because a hungry child cannot have concentrate on studies.

The levis Mawuli foundation is therefore appealing to anyone to help these children and to help the foundation make a child happy and at large the nation.
