“How well do you know Leader Mustapha? - The Multidisciplinary Youth of our Generation”.

Mohammed Mustapha Yakubu is a final year undergraduate at the University for Development Studies, pursuing BA Integrated Business Studies (Accounting) on the WA Campus. He comes from Kakpagyili, a suburb of Tamale in the Northern region of Ghana. He had his high school education at the Presbyterian Senior High School in Tamale and served the school as the Senior Prefect (SP) for the 2014/2015 academic year.

He is a self-motivated, determined and an industrious individual who envisions to attaining lifelong success.   Mustapha is a passionate Libertarian, youth advocate and a volunteer and   has accumulated a lot of leadership and voluntary engagements and experiences. He has volunteered with numerous organizations for the past 3 years and among these organizations are AFRICTEC NGO, Caring Volunteers Network (CAVNET), ImagineYouCan(IYC), Ghana Red Cross Society, St. John Ambulance Northern region, Springboard Roadshow foundation, 4-H Ghana. He was a Regional coordinator for the maiden edition of the Inter Tertiary Excellence Awards, 2018 convened by the Showbiz Network Ghana.

Mustapha is a culturally -centered person and very sensitive to the diverse cultures and globalization in the world. He tag himself the ‘Multidisciplinary’. He is a buddying entrepreneur and a business-minded person and an investor who believes in contemporary century digital revolutions, entrepreneurship, investment and network marketing.

In a nutshell, He is a young multidisciplinary individual with demonstrated KSAs in entrepreneurship, leadership, Accounting/finance, project management, digital technology & Marketing/PR.

Most recent, Mohammed Mustapha Yakubu was the Youth Ambassador for the maiden edition of the African Youth and Talent Summit held in Tamale in July, 2017. He is also the Regional Director of the AYTS Network, Tamale Ghana. He is the Country Director for Green Platinium, youth and media development company with its HQ In Nigeria. He is the incumbent General Secretary for the National Union of Ghana Students at the University for Development(UDS), Wa Campus. He is also the Co founder and Executive Secretary of Active Minds Connect, a startup Tamale based NGO. He is a Local Coordinator and Zonal Coordinator for the African Students For Liberty and Ghana Students For Liberty respectively. Mustapha is Community member of the Horizen (formerly ZenCash) cryptocurrency project and a Regional Leader of Paytomat infrastructure, West Africa.
