GO CRAZY RELOADED' IS ONLY AN OPPORTUNITY TO EMBEZZLE FUNDS; AND, ALL SOUND MINDED STUDENTS MUST BOYCOTT THIS INFAMOUS PROGRAM
I have witnessed different crop of SRC/NUGS leaders throughout my time as a student of the University for Development Studies; but, I have never seen any administration take a decision as pathetic as the one taken by the Setho led administration to organize a 'Go Crazy Reloaded'.
Thinking about this sad and unfortunate decision to organize a 'Go Crazy Reloaded' keeps my blood boiling and fills my heart with so much anger and amusement. My beloved readers, permit me to ask some questions;
🔥 Am I the only student who is struggling to comprehend the relevance and essence of the 'Go Crazy Reloaded'?
🔥Has the unavailability of funds not been the National Anthem of this administration? What has changed?
🔥How are they funding the 'Go Crazy Reloaded'?
🔥Are there not better things to do with that money?
🔥Were they not the same people who wanted to sacrifice the entire week celebration (or part of it) for the construction of the School's entrance?
🔥Why are they now enjoying it and even making it double?
🔥Are the executives not satisfied with what they got from the 'Go Crazy' that was held last week?
🔥Why 'Go Crazy Reloaded'?
I hear people say that the 'Go Crazy Reloaded' is geared towards ushering students into the artist night.
Someone should kindly tell them that we don't need any ushering at all (I guess they already know that, just as we also know that it’s an attempt to pocket some monies).
The biggest problem of the Setho led administration isn't the lack of funds; but, rather their inability to distinguish what is relevant from what is irrelevant. This I believe is caused by the fact that the relevant issues will not provide them with the opportunity to squander our hard paid dues.
One will think that the erstwhile Jarrah led administration did not leave any big shoes to be filled by the current administration, due to the huge criticism it received for its inability to live up to expectations. But with each passing day, the Setho led administration keeps exhibiting its gross incompetence and failure. It seems it is only a waste of valuable time to keep waiting and hoping that things will get better for this administration.
Permit me to contextualize it in this manner; waiting for things to get better in the Setho led administration, is like waiting for Abi to kiss Pragiya in 'kumkum Bagya'😂.
I know there are students who are happy about the 'Go Crazy Reloaded'; because, they think they have been provided with another opportunity to 'enjoy themselves' as they will put it; but, fellow brothers and sisters of the baobab fraternity, let's not allow our love for entertainment outweigh our conscience as developers. As much as we love entertainment, we need to know that the 'Go Crazy Reloaded' is uncalled for, irrelevant, and only a means to squander our monies. As such, we must boycott the whole event; that is, if the SRC are adamant in their quest to organize the said event.
