UCC Students to the SRC; where are the three missing buses

On Monday, 6th May 2019, FillaHQ undertook a Shuttle Monitoring Service on Campus in response to numerous complaints made by students with regards to the number of busses operating on campus only to discover that three buses were missing in action.
At the First General Assembly held on 1st February 2019, the former SRC President, Sir John in his speech made students aware that after the negotiations with the H. M. Boafo Bus Service, the amount paid to the MMT by Tony’s Administration could cater for a minimum of 6 buses and thus students are to expect about 6 buses running on campus should they opt for this service which students unanimously voted for.
Upon beginning their operations on campus, it was discovered that indeed six Buses operated on campus which included buses to Ayensu, Amamoma, Valco and SRC but after running for sometime, the number of buses have kept reducing.
FillaHQ’s first monitoring which took place on Friday, 26th April 2019 revealed that only four buses operated on campus on that day but the team decided to retake the monitoring to be sure of the outcome.
On Monday, 6th May 2019 the FillaHQ team retook the Bus Monitoring Exercise only to discover that ONLY THREE Buses with registration numbers, GS-5639-18, GS-7711-18 and GS-5643-18 were active on the said day.
Two buses, GS-5639-18 and GS-7711-18 operated from Valco – Oldsite while GS-5643-18 operated SRC – Science/Oldsite.
Surprisingly, the bus with registration GS-5643-18 once arrived at Science from SRC at 4:33PM but failed to pick any student to Oldsite as expected. Instead, it turned at the Science Maintenance Car Park, picked students and returned to SRC. Upon its return to Science after this unexpected scene, it then picked students to Oldsite at 5:00PM.
The Ayensu and Amamoma Buses have for some weeks ended their operations which confirms that, indeed, there has been a reduction in the number of buses.
With only 3 BUSES Operating, FillaHQ asks,
Is the SRC Aware?
Is the SRC Monitoring the Buses at all?
Would the H. M. Boafo Group be paid the agreed amount (thus for 6 Buses?)
If the SRC is aware of this happening,
WHY HAS IT NOT WRITTEN TO INFORM STUDENTS?
