VGMA 2019: Fan Sells GHS2k Samsung HD TV To ‘Buy’ Votes For Maccasio

A fan identified as Rauf at Bulpila-Tugbeni, a suburb of Tamale has sold his 40inch Samsung HD LED TV to vote for Maccasio to win the 2019 Raggae/Danchall Song of The Year.

The television set cost GHS1,990 and higher in various shops accross the country.

His decision could be borne out of love for the “Too Big” hitmaker and to ensure that “Dagomba Girl” song by the “Rappers Jack” wins the 2019 Raggae/Danchall Song of the Year in this year’s VGMAs.

Maccasio had his first VGMA nomination in the Raggae/Danchall category with “Dagomba Girl” featuring Mugeez of R2bees fame.

He is in the same category with top Ghana Dancehall acts like Samini, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
