IRI TREE PLANTING PROJECT: INFINITE RESEARCH INSTITUTE (IRI) CONNECTS UDS  WITH NATURE

Have  you in any way wondered why UDS students troop out of campus seconds after a lecture or two? Or never worried if a lecturer extends his/ her teaching time an hour more? Well!, poor environmental conditions is the retarding force.

Research has shown that trees in schools have proven to improve teaching and learning by providing quality air, provide shades for both students and lecturers in hot temperatures, among others.
Infinite Research Institute (IRI), a social Non Gorvernmental organisation and a CSO, is embarking on a Tree Planting Project come Saturday 22/09/18. Plants will be Planted in between the roads of the Campus entrance, between hall 1 and 3, along the pavements of Pavilion etc.

This project pay multiple benefits by improving environmental conditions and providing multi-disciplinary learning for students. So join in and lets all green UDS- Wa campus. The little environmental investment you push in today, will surely pay much decades to come.
