Meet Kuami Eugene’s ‘fashionable’ 99-year-old grandma who is causing traffic on social media

‘Angela’ hit maker, Kuami Eugene, has put a family photo on social media which is getting his fans and followers to talk about it. In the post sighted by YEN.com.gh on his Instagram page, Kuami Eugene’s grandmother, and other relatives were captured smiling and laughing heartily as they posed with the singer. 

The shot, according to an earlier post by Kuami Eugene, was taken at Oda in the Eastern Region, where he was born. Kuami Eugen He had gone “back home” to visit and spend some time with the family. An elated Kuami Eugene caption the photo: “‪Went back Home Akim Oda To Say thank You and I passed by Granny’s House. 99yrs and she’s still fresh with her blue Bandana .” 

 Indeed, the ninety-nine year old grandmother looks way younger than her age; and still has her fashion sense intact because it is rare to have such an aged woman using bandana as headgear instead of the normal ‘duku’. From their demeanour in the photo, it could be said that they family were happy to see Kuami Eugene again after he became a music star
